Terms of service

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use Bounceloop at bounceloop.fun (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them and to our privacy policy and refund policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use it, and if you are under 18 you confirm a parent or guardian agrees to these terms.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at support@bounceloop.fun if you think someone else has accessed it. One person per account; do not share a paid account.

3. Plans and payment

The service has a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are described on the pricing page, including prices, billing periods and limits. Prices are shown in your chosen currency; the amount actually charged is shown at checkout and may include taxes where they apply. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe.

• Creator Pro is a subscription billed every 1, 6 or 12 months until you cancel. It includes a commercial license.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for the period you chose. We will tell you before a price change affects your renewal.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• You can switch to another billing period from your billing page.
• If a renewal payment fails we may retry it, and your plan may end if it cannot be collected.
• When a plan ends, your account returns to the free plan.

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

4. License to use the service

While you have an active plan we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service. The free plan is for personal, non-commercial use. Creator Pro also allows commercial use of the videos you create, such as on monetised channels and in client work. You may not resell, sublicense or share access to the service itself, copy or reverse engineer the service's code, or remove copyright or watermark notices where your plan does not allow it. The Bounceloop name, logo, software and design belong to us.

5. Your content

You keep the rights to the videos you make and the files you upload. You promise that you have the rights to anything you load into the service, including music, voice recordings, images and MIDI files, and that your content does not break the law or anyone else's rights, including copyright. We do not claim ownership of your content. Files you load are processed in your browser and are not kept on our servers unless a feature says otherwise. You are responsible for how you use and publish your videos, including any third-party sounds or images in them.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service. In particular, do not:

• bypass plan limits, export restrictions or watermarks, or access paid assets or modes without entitlement;
• interfere with, overload or attack the service, or other users;
• use bots or scripts to scrape the service or create accounts in bulk;
• upload content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or that exploits or endangers others;
• use the service for anything unlawful.

7. Referral and affiliate programs

If you take part in the member referral program or join the affiliate program you agree to promote the service honestly, not to refer yourself, and not to use misleading claims, spam or paid search ads on our name. Credit and commission are set out on the relevant pages, are held for a period before they are paid, and may be withheld or reversed for refunded, charged-back or fraudulent sales. We may change or end these programs and may remove members who break these rules.

8. Copyright concerns

If you believe content made with the service infringes your copyright, email support@bounceloop.fun with details of the work and where the content appears. We will review it and act where appropriate.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, and features such as export depend on your browser and device. We may change, add or remove features, plans and prices. If we make a material change that affects a plan you have paid for, we will tell you, and you may cancel.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk, and will explain why where we reasonably can. Sections that by their nature should continue (for example those about content, liability and disputes) will continue after your account ends.

11. Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of income, data or opportunity, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any consumer rights you have where you live that cannot be waived.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Bounceloop's operator is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live. If you have a problem, please contact us first at support@bounceloop.fun so we can try to put it right.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and change the date at the top, and tell you of material changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
